      What File Types and Sizes can be uploaded to my WAVE account?

      You can upload many different file types to WAVE! We recommend that all files should stay under 100mb.

       

      WAVE Uploads: Acceptable File Types

       

      When using WAVE's upload portal the following file types are acceptable:

       

      Images:

      • Portable Network Graphics (.png)
      • Bitmap (.bmp)
      • JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
      • Graphics Interchange Format (.gif)

       

      Documents:

      • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
      • Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
      • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx)
      • Portable Document Format (.pdf)

       

      Videos:

      • MP4 (.mp4)


      Uploaded files should also be under 100mb each.

       

      If you have larger files or another type of file not specified above that you would like added to your portal just reach out in a ticket here and we'll help solve the issue to the best of our abilities.
