How to: Import Records

If you have records from outside of SafetySoft that you'd like to import, follow the instructions below.

Step 1:

Log into your SafetySoft account and click 'Import' underneath records.

Step 2: 

Download the sheet highlighted to populate with required information.

Step 3:

Once populated correctly, click 'choose file', select your .csv sheet that you've saved then click 'upload'.

Step 4:

Verify all information is correct without errors then click 'Import' if all information is correct.


If errors were found, you'll receive the following type of message. Correct any errors and re-upload your .csv file.

Step 5:

Congratulations! Import was successful, continue to your dashboard!
