If you or your user(s) are receiving an error message indicating their assignment has expired and to contact the system administrator then we know exactly what to do! As long as the course in which they are enrolled in has a SKU that begins with the letters 'AO' we will need the following information:
- First name, last name, email address of the user(s) having the issue
Why are they receiving this error?
The producer has set up a max # of attempts on the course which means they have 3 tries before it expires their enrollment. Once they've logged in to try and take the course 3 times, it will indicate that their assignment is expired. This error message will be at the top of the course in RED letters.
Please reach out to support by creating a ticket above on the upper right hand side of the page which includes the information listed above in this article so that your user(s) can be reset. If you are still experiencing issues, we will work with you further to get you squared away.
